Nice entrance to a nice place.
The family atmosphere is
contagious. Kids are welcome, and watched over here. Across the street
is the Cowichan Valley Soccer Pitch, which also serves as a large
playground for the children. It is close to
elementary schools, a middle school, a private school,
buses to the senior high school, a curling rink, a hospital, bus
routes, churches, riding stables, video stores, grocery
stores, numerous restaurants, and many
walking trails.

offers 2 free parking
spots per unit. There is a well-lit entrance and parking
area; and a large lawn area for the children to play on, away
from the road. There is an onsite mailbox, and garbage
dumpster. The grounds are regularly cleaned, and
maintained.
